Return Policy

We don’t accept returns or Refunds for our products except in the case of major damage with usability issue/wrong item sent(Size different from the order)

 

In case you face a situation as above, it is must that we need an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms – Call/Website Support Portal etc within 24 hours.

 

Tracking and Shipment based complaints raised after 30days from the date of product dispatch will not be taken into consideration.

 

After receiving the product, if there are any complaints you should respond within 24 hours.

 

A detailed video showing the opening of the package must be provided for return and refund.

 

If the product package is damaged, please do not accept.

Delivery Locations:

 

Delivery within the country will only be possible to areas which are listed with the shipping/courier service providers.

 

International shipping available with additional payment to all countries listed with the shipping/courier service providers.

 

Delivery Time:

 

Dispatch of the outfit both retial/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order.

 

For International couriers the outfit will be dispatched once we receive the courier amount.

 

Our staff will update you on the shipping charges, depending on the weight of the package and delivery location.

 

Shipping Rates:

 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

 

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Shipping charge for North region is ₹130, for south region is ₹100 and inside Kerala is ₹70

 

GST will be applicable on all shipping charges.

 

Damage and issues:

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Size and Colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Kindly follow the product selection tip to get the correct Size.

 

Order placed cannot be cancelled.
